The People’s Alliance PAC extends congratulations to Kendra Montgomery-Blinn on her appointment by Governor Roy Cooper as District Court Judge to the seat formerly held by the Honorable Shamieka Rhinehart. Kendra Montgomery-Blinn has demonstrated a strong desire to serve the State of North Carolina and has shown commitment to the residents of Durham.
